Goodbye to Heartwood Spiritual Center/Hello Spirit Expression Minsitries

What amazing times we live in. Ted and I are experiencing moment to moment shifts with our plans and the certainty to know "what's next" seems like a mindset that is slipping through our fingers. It feels like the ability to say, this is what I will be doing is no longer an easy statement.

In saying all of this, we know that we are leaving to go out west for a trip to my niece's wedding, a reunion and to share the Spirit Expression Circle and book with others along the west coast. We "plan" to stay on the road for the rest of this year.

We feel that it is time to close Heartwood Spiritual Center, the spiritual center entity that is tied to the space that is Heartwood. This has been a hard decision for us, but we both know that it is the time. We are not ending our ministry, but rather changing the way that we do it. We will now call our spiritual work, Spirit Expression Ministry, an affiliate of the Alliance of Divine Love. This will be for "now" a mobile ministry where we share with others in campgrounds, homes and other locations our belief in the importance in sharing our inner spiritual lives with each other in settings of safety and love.

We can not really find the words to thank you, each one of you that has supported us throughout the past years through all of the various events, Spiritual Renaissance Faires, seasonal celebrations, workshops, gatherings, benefits, service projects and Spirit Expression Sundays. We began Heartwood Spiritual Center in January 2008 and wanted it to be a place where people could come and experience their own unique relationship with Spirit. We wanted to create a way of being with each other that would allow each one to feel their uniqueness and be able to also experience their Oneness with each other. Both Ted and I feel deeply touched in our souls by the sharing and "communion" that has taken place here for the last two and half years. Thank you seems hardly enough, but right now that is all that I can say.

We are having our last Spirit Expression Sunday service for 2010 on Sunday July at 11AMCT. We will be finishing out our journey through the chakra system with a focus on the 6th and 7th chakras. We are going to be having our regular potluck immediately following the service, which is usually around 12:30 or so. We would love to see you and say goodbye and if you cannot come for the service, please stop by for lunch or for a hug in the afternoon. We feel and know your love and support, but it is always a blessing to feel it face to face, so please come on by.

We also will be having a give away and selling some of our home, garden and tool items. Let us know if there is something that you are interested in.We are also looking for a loving home for our 8year old black lab mix dog Lux. She is used to being runned or walked every day, but is also truly a house dog, especially in this heat. We will gladly donate money for her food for the rest of the year.

We also would like to say that it is our hope that the Spirit Expression Circles will continue in the Mentone area. We know that these sacred circles have made a difference in our lives and we would love to see the wisdom continued to be shared. We truly believe that this is one of the ways towards world peace and acceptance. These circles are really based on a belief of shared leadership and wisdom. So, we lovingly put out the invite to anyone who would like to see the circle continue. Thank you, thank you, thank you to all of you that have made this such a meaningful experience!

We also hope to be doing some Spirit Expression Circles over the internet and we will be keeping you posted on travels through these emails and our blogs. If you wish to write to us now on our blog please click here www.heartwoodspiritualcenter.blogspot.com

We send you our deep love, gratitude and appreciation.

Love,

Ted and Cathy
